  • Used my team building & management skills as Littleton Public Schools District Chair for the Speech-Language Pathology Department (2018-2020)
  • Extensive experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum, including students with moderate-severe disabilities utilizing Augmentative-Alternative Communication.
  • Director of Speech/Language Dept. at Professional Hearing Healthcare responsible for managing the clinic’s team of 3 Speech Pathologists as well as the clinic’s marketing, resulting in a double increase in clinic referrals.
  • Participated in Professional Learning Communities whose objective is to develop student learning goals, collect data related to the goal, and develop a plan to assess and modify the goal when necessary.
  • Mentored multiple Speech-Language Pathology interns
  • Conduct assessments using multiple research modalities and then analyze and interpret the subjective and objective data to determine a need and a plan for communication therapy.
  • Design and implement therapy treatment plans.
